So here’s another chance to win a signed copy of Chris Shields book – Early Rik: Thoughts of a Clown, Rik Mayall in the Early Eighties, plus a few other goodies direct from Chris’ and my own personal collections.

To be in with a chance of winning, I would like you to email me any/combination of the following:
Written piece
Tell me why you love Rik and what he means to you. Did he inspire you to do what you are doing now? Which characters and TV shows do you watch the most? Did you see him perform live? Did you meet him or have a great story to tell? Or you could write a poem or a piece of fan fiction about him.
Photographs
Have you ever dressed up as Rik in any of his characters for a fancy dress party? I want to see your photographic evidence. Maybe you got a candid shot of Rik when you met him. If you have a treasured collection of memorabilia, then you could take some great and interesting photos of it. But don’t forget to add a description about the photos.
Artwork
Are you more of a creative person? Then how about sending in a scan or great quality photo of a piece of your original artwork. It can be something newly created by you or something you made years ago. Tell me a bit about your piece too. Or how about if you have a tattoo, then you could send in some great pictures of it.
These are just a few ideas, but remember, the winner will be the one judged to be the most original and interesting and you can enter as many times as you like… GOOD LUCK!

By entering, your piece may be added to the website if they are considered suitable. The best entry, judged to be the most original and interesting will win a signed copy of the book and a selection of other Rik related goodies.

Rik Mayall Scrapbook 
As you may already know, I was the lucky photographer that Rik allowed into his Queen’s theatre dressing room in November 1991. I’m so glad that these pictures are finally seeing the light of day.
